Financial Transparency
Local Faith, Inc. was incorporated in April 2025. We are in the early stages of operations and awaiting 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS.
Once tax-exempt status is granted, we will publish annual reports and financial summaries on this page. Until then, our operations are funded by the founders.

Conflict of Interest Policy
Per the bylaws (Article VIII), all directors and officers must disclose any financial or personal interest that could conflict with the organization's mission. Annual disclosure is required. Interested parties recuse from related votes.
No director receives compensation for board service. Reasonable compensation for personal services requires Board approval (Section 9.01). All financial activity is reported to the Board (Section 5.07(d)).
